Janice Offer

  Mrs. Janice Geraldine Offer, 45, of Shreveport, died Monday,
June 28, at her home, after a brief illness.

  A native of Florien, she had lived in Shreveport 26 years, and
was a member of Cherokee Park Baptist Church.

  Funeral arrangements, under the direction of the Marshall Street
Chapel of Rose-Neath Funeral Home, were incomplete at press time.
Burial was in the Forest Park Cemetery.

  Survivors include her husband, William F. Offer Sr. of
Shreveport; a son, William F. Offer Jr. of Shreveport; a
daughter, Mrs. Janice R. Britner of Shreveport; her parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Rufus Corley of Florien; a sister, Mrs. Neva Dowden of
Many; and two brothers, Clayton Corley, and James Corley, both of
Houston, Tex.
