Mrs. Fern Ogden

  Mrs. Fern Ogden, 72, passed away in Morehouse General Hospital,
Bastrop, Sunday.

  Services were held in Cox Funeral Home Chapel, Tuesday, at 10
a.m., with the Revs. Jim Taylor, John McGregor, and David Chapman
officiating.

  Interment followed in Ravan Cemetery.

  Survivors include her husband, Robert M. Ogden Sr. of
Collinston; a son, Robert M. Ogden Jr. of Many; four daughters,
Mrs. Earline O. Coody of Lake Charles, Mrs. Margie O. Newman of
Winnsboro, Mrs. Margaret O. Hall of Ruston, and Mrs. Myrtis Kay
Allen of Bastrop; a brother, Albert Stevens of Oak Grove; four
sisters, Mrs. Nellie Gates of Oak Grove, Mrs. Lucy Scrivner of
Texarkana, Texas, Mrs. Frieda Adcock of Hall Summit, and Mrs.
Irene Webb of Ashdown, Ark.; 20 grandchildren; and five great
grandchildren.

  Grandsons served as pallbearers.
