She is survived by five sons, John, and Woodrow Slaughter, both of Robeline, Riley Slaughter of Winnfield, Taft, and T. L. Slaughter, both of Hornbeck; two daughters, Mrs. Lovie S. Rogers, and Mrs. Golda Mae S. Stroud, both of Many, two brothers, ?, and Joe Masters, both of Many; a sister, Mrs. Lizzie Dowden of Leesville, 23 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Sunday, April 12, in Plainview Baptist Church, with the Rev. A. J. Dupree, and the Rev. Huey Haymon officiating. Burial was in Beulah Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.
