Rev. Bobby McCullan, and Rev. Roy Dowden officiated. Mrs. Oxley died on March 6, 1994, at the Heritage Manor #1 in Many. She is survived by four sons, Riley Oxley of Peachtree City, Ga., W. L. Oxley of Wiley, Tex., Johnny Oxley of Memphis, Tenn., and A. Dean Oxley of Hornbeck, La.; three daughters, Elizabeth Sullivan of Claude, Tex., Marie Bynam of Hornbeck, La., and Rose Melancon of South Haven, Miss.; one sister, Evelyn Brooks of Sulphur, La.; one brother, Cleveland Rogers of Anacoco, La.; 13 grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
