Mrs. Mattie Oxley

  Mrs. Mattie, 82, died in Provencal, Jan. 7, after a lengthy
illness. She is survived by her husband, A. A. Oxley of
Provencal; three brothers, Sim, and Monrow Foshee of Vowells
Mill, and Norris Foshee of Provencal; and three sisters, Mrs.
Annie Holland of Vowells Mill, Mrs. Gena Donaho, and Mrs. Lizzie
Roberts, both of Provencal.

  Services were held at Hickory Grove Baptist Church, Jan. 9, with
the Rev. Hamp Newton officiating. Interment was at Hickory Grove
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Funeral Home.
