Ambrose A. Oxley

  Ambrose A. Oxley, 65, of Carthage, Tex., died July 19, after an
extended illness.

  He is survived by three brothers, Willie Oxley of Mansfield,
Fisher Oxley of Bellwood, and Frank Oxley of Center, Tex.; two
sisters, Mrs. Mary J. Springer of DeRidder, and Mrs. Zilfie
Darden of Hornbeck.

  Funeral services were in the Hickory Grove Primitive Baptist
Church, July 21, with the Rev. Hamp Newton officiating. Burial
was in the Hickory Grove Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home of Many.
