Mrs. Oxley was a member of the Family Worship Center. She loved her church family, and was affectionately known by all as Mamaw. Thanks to the staff of Willis Knighton North Critical Care Unit. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., July 31, at Family Worship Center, with interment to follow at 4:30 p.m., in Oxley Cemetery. Al Eden, pastor of Family Worship Center, and Carl Munyon, pastor of Crossroad/Hall Summit United Methodist Church, will officiate. Survivors include sons, Jerry F. Oxley and Linda of Bossier City, and Michael J. Oxley and Dorothy of Sulphur; daughters, Janet Powell and Wayne of Hornbeck, and Linda Marie Munyon and Carl of Bossier City; grandchildren, Tammy Wooden, Jeremy Oxley, Dr. Victor Robert, Harold Oxley, David Oxley, Jimmy Powell, Sherry Dugas, Mark Powell, David Mitchell, and Brian Mitchell; great grandchildren, Heather Wooden, Lila Wooden, Amanda Oxley, David Paul Oxley, and Amber Rose Oxley. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, and grandson-in-law, Ronnie Wooden. She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis H. Oxley; one sister; and three brothers.
