John Frank Oakerson

  Funeral services for John Frank Oakerson, age 65, who died July
27, were conducted at Zwolle First Baptist Church at 10 a.m.,
July 29, with Rev. Earl George officiating, assisted by Rev.
Kelly Fitzgerald, and Rev. Walter Ledford. Interment was in the
church cemetery, under the direction of Warren Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were Jack Gant, Chick Salter, Bobby James, C. G.
Bullard, W. Salter, and M. G. Laroux.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Edna Oakerson of Zwolle; sons,
James Oakerson of Anaheim, Calif., Earl Oakerson of Marshall;
daughter, Mrs. Willard DeWitt of Many; brother, Lee Oakerson of
Alexandria; stepmother, Mrs. Lolar Oakerson of Mansfield; 10
grandchildren; one great grandchild.
