Tom Ott

  Tom Ott, 74, died in Pelican, Aug. 24, at 7:20 p.m. Death was
sudden. Services were held at Springridge Baptist Church, with
interment at Springridge Cemetery, Aug. 25, at 3 p.m. The Rev. J.
C. Salley officiated.

  Pallbearers were Albert Ott, Thurman Poe, Junis George Jr.,
Charlie Ott, J. A. Diamond, and D. C. George.

  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Tom Ott of Pelican; six sons,
Axell of Pleasant Hill, Marvin of Mitchell, Melton of Pelican, T.
S. of Mitchell, Robert of Shreveport, and Franklin of Pelican;
four daughters, Mrs. Judy Hippler of Negreet, Lucille Ott, Lilly
Gale Ott, and Debra Ott, all of Pelican; and 17 grandchildren.
