John D. Oliver

  John D. Oliver, 82, of Many, died on Thursday, Feb. 14, at 6:05
p.m.

  He is survived by one brother, Albert Oliver of Florien; one
sister, Florience Gilmore of Many; six sister-in-laws; Mrs. Lois
Oliver of Many; Mrs. Ola Oliver of Florien; Mrs. Mattie Risor of
Many; Mrs. Ruby Ryan of Many; Mrs. Bill Holt of Shreveport; and
Mrs. Tina Gargis of Alabama.

  Funeral services were held at the Warren Meadows Funeral Chapel
on Saturday, Feb. 16, at 2 p.m. The Rev. Lonnie Johnson, and the
Rev. Billy White officiated.

  Military graveside rites were conducted at the Many Cemetery.

  Pallbearers were Rodney Masters, John Lane, Randy Troutman,
Terry DeLatin, Frank Risor, and Frank Self.
