Jimmy Dale Oliver

  Jimmy Dale Oliver, 56, of Many, died Aug. 6, 2002, at Willis
Knighton in Shreveport.

  Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Aug. 9, at Beulah Baptist
Church, with interment following at Beulah Cemetery. Bro. James
Roy Flanagan, Bro. Frank Ebarb, and Bro. Kenneth Leach
officiated.

  Survivors include his widow, Jean Oliver of Many; mother, Eula
B. Oliver of Many; three daughters, Shelley Cuddeback of Seattle,
Wash., Sharrie Manshack of Many, and Shawnee Oliver of
Shreveport; five sisters, Lanell Steele, and Faye Wedgeworth,
both of Many, Carolyn Elliott of Logansport, Charlotte Bush of
Many, and Judy Hippler of Robeline; two brothers, John Oliver of
Shelbyville, Texas, and David Oliver of Longstreet, Texas; nine
grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a host of nieces,
nephews, and friends.

  He was preceded in death by his father, Ross Franklin Oliver;
and son, Ross Oliver.

  Pallbearers were Clauriste Byles, Jonas Byles, William Connel,
Shane Hippler, Timothy Rhame, Christopher Sepulvado, Brian
Settles, and Bobby Steele. Honorary pallbearers were Hollis Bray,
and Claurise Byles.
