Lillie Nichols Owens

  Mrs. Lillie Nichols Owens of Hornbeck, died at Fraser Hospital
North, Thursday, Sept. 30, at 10:30 p.m., after a short illness.
She was 79.

  Funeral services for Mrs. Owens were held Saturday, Oct. 2, at 4
p.m., at Bible Baptist Church in Hornbeck. Mt. Carmel Cemetery
was the site of interment. Services were under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Owens was survived by one daughter, Louise Spencer of
Houston, Tx.; two grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
