Amos M. Owers

  Amos Mac Owers, 74, died late Saturday in the Kurthwood Manor Nursing
Home in Leesville.

  Survivors include three daughters, one step-daughter, and one step-son;
a brother and sister; 12 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Monday, in the Oak Grove Baptist
Church in Hornbeck, with the Rev. Aubrey Boswell officiating, assisted
by the Rev. E. C. Browning. Burial was in the Oak Grove Cemetery in
Hornbeck.
