Walter Phipps

  Monday, Jan. 30, at approximately 10 a.m., Walter Phipps, of
Line Avenue, Shreveport, was headed south on Hwy 171, north of
Converse, when he hit a bridge. Phipps died in route to a local
hospital. No other vehicle was involved in the accident, and
Phipps was alone in the car.
