Pepper, 90, of Shreveport, were held at 2 p.m., Monday, April 20, at Faith Church of God, where she was a member. Officiating was the Rev. Rosalyn Brown, pastor of Faith Church of God. Burial, with graveside services, were at 3:30 p.m., at Cottage Grove Cemetery near Benton, La. Mrs. Pepper died Saturday, April 18, 1987, at Southpark Hospital, following a sudden illness. A native of Plain Dealing, La., she had been a resident of Shreveport for the past 34 years. She was preceded in death by two sons, Willie E. Dunn, and Albert L. Dunn. She is survived by three sons, Bobby Joe Dunn of Dry Prong, la., George A. Dunn of Zwolle, and G. W. Dunn of Shreveport; two daughters, Mattie Mae Phillips of Keithville, and Mary D. Wells of Mansfield; one sister, Mrs. Leola Evans of Minden; forty seven grandchildren; numerous great-great grandchildren; and one great-great-great grandchild. Pallbearers were Mark Thompson, Howell Brown, Bill Geedy, Ronnie Brown, Clay DeFriend, and Billy Gilbert.
