Funeral services were held at the Many United Methodist Church on Sunday, July 28, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Bill Sirman officiating. Burial was in the Many Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Louis Fraser, Bill Creed, Gailor Phares, Jack Pace, Sid Williams, and Edgar Stephens, Jr. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Francis Pace of Baton Rouge; 2 daughters, Mary Francis Herrin of Galiano, La., and Betsy Restroph of Baton Rouge; one sister, Mrs. Harold Williams of Shreveport, and 5 grandchildren.
