All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** Mrs. Mary Page Last rites for Mrs. Mary Rebecca Cooper Page, 73, were held Wednesday, August 28, at 10 a.m., in Blanchard's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Henry Blount, pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiated, and interment was in Robeline Cemetery. Mrs. Page died Tuesday, Aug. 27, in Natchitoches Parish Hospital, following a lingering illness. She was born at Georgetown in Grand Parish, and had lived in Robeline and Natchitoches since 1923. She was the widow of William Walter Page, and the daughter of the late Otto Herman Cooper, and Mrs. Daisy Hampton Simmons Cooper. Mrs. Page was a member of the Natchitoches Chapter, of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Colonial Dames XVII Century, and the Natchitoches Service League. She was co-owner of the Estate of W. W. Page Enterprises, which is operated by her son-in-law, John Luster. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Becky Bill Page Luster of Natchitoches; one brother, Herman Hampton Cooper of Forrest City, Ark; one sister, Mrs. Ruth Cooper Sibley of Robeline; and one grandson, John William Luster. Pallbearers were Hertzog DeBlieux, Joe S. Luster, Doyle Maynard, Joseph H. Pierson, Herman Taylor Jr., Pat S. Todd, Baron F. Wylie, and R. Stacy Williams.
