Wheeler H. Peace

  Wheeler H. Peace, 82, of Toro Community, died in Fraser Hospital
- North, on Tuesday, Nov. 7, at 1:15 p.m., following a short
illness.

  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Tessie Peace of Florien; two
daughters, Mrs. L. O. Bean of Kirbyville, Tex., and Mrs. Ferman
Vines of Florien; three sisters, Mrs. Ollie Koonce of Many, Mrs.
Amanda Newman of Jasper, Tex., and Mrs. Modena McNeely of
Florien; six grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held on Thursday, Nov. 9 at 10 a.m., at
the Pisgah Baptist Church. Officiating was the Rev. F. M.
Belcher. Burial was in the Pisgah Cemetery, under the direction
of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
