Mrs. Marian B. Peace

  Services for Mrs. Marian B. Peace, 94, of Opelousas, La., were
held Saturday, Feb. 9, at 1 p.m., at Pisgah Baptist Church. The
Rev. F. M. Belsha officiated, and burial was at Pisgah Cemetery,
under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Mrs. Peace died at 4:10 p.m., on Thursday, Feb. 7, 1985, in
Opelousas.

  Mrs. Peace is survived by six daughters, Mrs. E. J. Tabberer of
Shreveport, Mrs. Opal Mead of Minela, Tex., Mrs. Adele Chapman of
Fairlee, Vermont, Mrs. Hazel Hoggard of Silver Lake, Tex., Mrs.
Madaline Harmon of Opelousas, and Mrs. Helda Goodrich of Ft.
Walton, Florida; one sister, Mrs. Velda Davis of Palestine,
Texas; 23 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; and one
great-great grandchild.
