Pace Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Friday, June 3, in Fort Jesup Baptist Church, for Mrs. Era S. Pace, 66, a resident of Mooringsport, who died Wednesday, June 1, following a lengthy illness. Conducting services will be the Rev. Oliver Roberts, a retired Baptist minister, and the Rev. Dumas, pastor of the Fort Jesup Church. Burial will follow in Fort Jesup Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Shreveport. A Fort Jesup native, Mrs. Pace was a former resident of New Iberia. Survivors include a son, Jack Allen Pace, Baton Rouge; four sisters, Mrs. Pearl Leze, and Mrs. Kathryn Tillery, both of Many, Mrs. Eva Sharp, Mooringsport, and Mrs. E. L. Reed, Gibsland; one brother, Ross Stoker, Robeline; and four grandchildren.
