Chester Peacock

  Chester L. Peacock, 69, of Pleasant Hill, died in a Mansfield
hospital, Friday, Feb. 11.

  Services were at 2 p.m., Sunday, in the Drewett Memorial Chapel,
Mansfield, with Rev. Vernon Stevenson officiating. Burial was in
Springridge Cemetery.

  Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Billie C. Coker of Converse;
one son, Jerry R. Peacock; mother, Mrs. Leona Peacock of Pleasant
Hill; two brothers, Henry Clay Peacock of Zwolle, and James
Peacock of Austin, Tex.; five sisters, Mrs. Evelle Rivers, Mrs.
Jackie Reed, and Mrs. Ola Gunter, all of Pleasant Hill, Mrs.
Mattie Dans of Shreveport, and Mrs. Bettie Richards of Baton
Rouge; four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
