The Sabine Index - Pose P Puckett

  12 May 1961 - Funeral services for Pose P Puckett age 52, who
died May 4th were conducted at Fisher Baptist Church at 2 p.m.
May 7 with Rev. Oliver and Rev. Jack Comer officiating. Interment
was in church cemetery under the direction of Warren Funeral
Home.

  Surviving relatives are Mrs. Irene Puckett of Florien, sons,
Gordon of Camp Pendelton, Calif., Rufus, U. S. Navy, San Diego,
Calif, 2 daughters, Mrs. Estelle Roach and Mrs. Willie Mae Cole
both of Mermentau, La, 9 grandchildren, one brother, Roland
Puckett of Sulphur, 6 sisters Mrs. Julia Maxie, Mrs. Velma
McComic and Mrs. Maylene Eason all of Fisher, Mrs. Wilda Huff,
Mrs. Roxie McFetridge and Mrs. Lurine Toups all of Deweyville,
Texas.
