James R. Packer

  Funeral services were held Monday, July 27, for James R. Packer,
36, who passed away Sunday, July 26, after an extended illness.
Rev. Leach conducted the services at Memorial Baptist Church of
Zwolle. Interment was in the Zwolle Cemetery, under the direction
of Warren Meadows Funeral Home, Many.

  Pallbearers were Benny Ray, Leonard Crone, William Campbell,
Jimmy Goff, J. L. Berel, and Sam Scott.

  Mr. Packer is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Francis Packer of
Zwolle; mother, Mrs. Florence Packer of Leesville; and one
brother, Walter Curtis Packer of Zwolle.
