She passed away February 20, after a short illness, having reached her 93rd year of life. Her remains were laid to rest in Mt. Carmel cemetery, funeral services being conducted by the Rev. J. H. Ricks and Rev. J. M. Pate. To know Granny was to lover her. She had many friends to mourn her going. She is survived by one brother, J. K. Duggan of Florien; two sons, S. Y. Addison of Florien and Edward of Monroe and a host of grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
