John S. Paddie

  Services for John S. Paddie, 91, of Shreveport, were held
Tuesday, April 24, at 3 p.m., in the Noble Catholic Church near
Converse, with the Rev. Gillis Boyer, pastor, officiating. Burial
followed in the Noble Catholic Church Cemetery.

  Mr. Paddie died Monday, April 23, in Willis Knighton Memorial
Hospital.

  A Converse native, Mr. Paddie had lived in Shreveport seven
years.

  Survivors include one son, George C. Paddie of Converse; four
daughters, Mrs. Fred Santos of Shreveport, Rita Wilson of Tyler,
Tex., Maybell Manshack of Mansfield, and Audrey Green of Lufkin,
Tex.; 16 grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
