Mrs. Mandy Peters

  Mrs. Mandy Peters, 85, of Many, died Monday, Jan. 31, at 11:30
p.m., after an extended illness.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday, Feb. 2, at 2 p.m., at the
Beulah Baptist church, with the Rev. Kenneth Leach officiating.
Interment was in the Beulah Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Surviving relatives are two sons, Matthew Peters of DeRidder,
and Van Peters of Beaumont, Tex.; six daughters, Mrs. Clora
Amaimo, Beaumont, Tex., Mrs. Sue Lewing of Lake Charles, Mrs.
Gladys Smith of Vidor, Tex., Mrs. Sleeta Crittenden of Many, Mrs.
Bernice Langdon of Flint, Mich., and Mrs. Lena Lee of Lubbock,
Tex.; 18 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren.
