Mildred Peterson

  Mildred R. Peterson, 86, of Many, died Wednesday, April 9, at 2
a.m., in the Tioga Manor Nursing Home, after an extended illness.

  Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Effie Ammons of Many; one
sister, Mrs. Lue Cotton of Pollock; one brother, Perry M. Riley
of DeRidder; six grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 15
great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

  Funeral services were held at the Warren Meadows Funeral Home on
Thursday, April 10, at 3 p.m., with Revs. Earl Marr, and Ron
Ellis officiating. Burial followed in the Fenders Cemetery.

  Pallbearers were John Cotton, Rodney Cotton, E. C. Ammons, John
D. Ammons, Justin Walters, and Joe Isgitt.
