Floyd G. Peterson

  Mr. Floyd G. Peterson, 68, died in Many. Funeral services were
held on Oct. 28, 1986, at 2 p.m., at Oak Hill Baptist Church,
with Rev. E. E. Walker, and Rev. Bryan White officiating. Burial
was in Oak Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.

  Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Pattie and Brian
Tannehill of Many; three grandchildren, Nicholas David McComic,
Sara Elizabeth Tannehill, and Richard Marion Tannehill, II; four
sisters, Lena Alford of Many, Lucille Pat Jackson of Dallas,
Tex., Ethel Walters of Coushatta, and Winnie Sliman of
Natchitoches; two brothers, S. D. Peterson, and Garland Peterson,
both of Many; and a host of nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers were Ben D. Peterson, Ty McNeely, Dean Walters,
Ronnie Walters, Doug Rountree, and Roy Jackson II.
