Mrs. E. W. (Lou) Patrick

  Services for Mrs. E. W. (Lou) Patrick, 83, were held at 10 a.m.,
Thursday, May 4, 1989, at the First Baptist Church of Converse.
Officiating was Dr. Tim Patrick, assisted by the Rev. Doug
Mitchell. Burial was at Converse Cemetery, under the direction of
Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield.

  Mrs. Patrick died Tuesday, May 2, 1989, at the DeSoto General
Hospital in Mansfield. She was a member of the First Baptist
Church of Converse, and a member of the Dorcas Sunday School
Class.

  She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Walker Patrick;
and one son, DeWitt Patrick.

  She is survived by two sons, Hughes Patrick, and Roweland
Patrick, both of Converse; two sisters, Mrs. Susie Taylor of
Mansfield, and Eva Morris of Jonesville, La.; 10 grandchildren;
16 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

  In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to
the Converse Cemetery Fund, or the First Baptist Church in
Converse.
