Mrs. Wilma Gladys Cook Peterson (Photo)

  Mrs. Wilma Gladys Cook Peterson, 91, died Saturday, Sept. 1,
2001, at Sabine Medical Center.

  Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Sept. 3, at the Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, with interment following at
Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Bishop Robert Ault, Glen Hardy, and Elder
Jeremy Dillard officiated.

  Survivors include two daughters, Patsy Hubley of Alexandria, and
Phyllis Patton of Marthaville; two sons, Halvor L. Peterson, and
Lambert D. Peterson, both of Many; brother, J. H. Cook Jr. of
Florien; 16 grandchildren; three step grandchildren; 41 great
grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren; and a host of
nieces, nephews, and friends.

  Pallbearers were grandsons, great grandsons, and nephews.
