Mrs. Callie Peters

  Funeral services for Mrs. Callie Peters, 79, of Shreveport, who
died after a short illness, were held Feb. 12, at Mt. Zion
Baptist Church, with the Rev. Tipton officiating. Interment was
in Mt. Zion Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.

  Surviving relatives include two daughters, Mrs. Effie Miciotto,
and Mrs. Willie Dean Miciotto, both of Shreveport; five sons,
Alvin Peters, Louie Peters, Jeff Peters, Lavern Peters, and R. J.
Peters, all of Shreveport; one brother, Tom Brumley of Many; 24
grandchildren; and 30 great grandchildren.
