Riley Joseph Peters

  Funeral services for Riley Joseph Peters, age 75, who died Jan.
15, was conducted at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, at 11 a.m., Jan.
17, with Rev. Willis Greer officiating. Interment was in the
church cemetery, under the direction of Warren Funeral Home.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Callie Peters of Shreveport; six
sons, R. J. Jr., Alvin, Lavern, and Jeff Peters, all of
Shreveport, Lowie Peters of Leesville, W. B. Peters of DeBerry,
Texas; four daughters, Willie Dean, and Evie Miciotto, and
Verlene Kennedy, all of Shreveport, Mae Jones of Pleasant Hill;
27 grandchildren; and 32 great grandchildren.
