Susan Alice Paul

  Susan Alice Paul, 78, of Hornbeck, died in Many, March 14, at
9:50 a.m., after an extended illness.

  Funeral services were held in the Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter Day Saints, with Bishop Glen Hardy officiating, on
Tuesday, March 15, at 2 p.m. Interment was in the Mt. Carmel
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Surviving relatives are one daughter, Mrs. Mary Byrd of Florien;
three stepsons, Harold, and Carl Paul of Lake Charles, and Otis
Paul of Winnfield; two step daughters, Mrs. Elsie Muse of Many,
and Mrs. Jewel Hunt of Baton Rouge; one brother, Green McComic of
Many; three sisters, Mrs. Jewel Bass, and Mrs. Clara Griffin of
Hemphill, Tex., and Mrs. Lizzie Farris of Houston, Tex., and two
grandchildren.
