Kenneth Dale Powell

  Funeral services for Kenneth Dale Powell, 63, of Anacoco, were
held Friday, Dec. 27, 1996, at 2 p.m., in the Beauregard-Vernon
Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville. Officiating was Rev. Bobby
McCullough, and Rev. George Snell. Interment was at Florien
Cemetery, under the direction of Beauregard-Vernon Funeral Home
of Leesville.

  Mr. Powell died Monday, Dec. 23, at the Nursecare of Shreveport.
He was a native of Many; a U.S. Air Force Veteran, and a self
employed carpenter and plumber.

  He is survived by one daughter, Shelia Burlison of Alabama; one
brother, Robert Powell of Florien; two sisters, Lottie Jeanerette
of Hornbeck, and Iris Shields of James Store, Va.; and three
grandchildren.
