Mrs. Mamie L. Phillips 
  
  Mrs. Mamie Lurline Phillips, 61, of Pleasant Hill, died Monday, 
Dec. 18. 
  
  Funeral services were held Wednesday, Dec. 20, in the Pleasant 
Hill Baptist Church, with the Rev. Willis Greer officiating. 
Burial was in the Spring Ridge Cemetery, under the direction of 
the Drewett Funeral Home. 
  
  Survivors include one son, Hugh Lynn Phillips Jr. of Shreveport; 
four sisters, Mrs. Clyde Grice of Lake Charles, Mrs. Thomas 
George, Mrs. Jack Shoalmire, Mrs. Stephen Windham, all of 
Shreveport; 14 grandchildren; two brothers, William Albert Davis 
of Marthaville, and Don E. Davis of Natchitoches; two sisters, 
Mrs. Lizzie Folks pf Mansfield, and Mrs. Asa Cobb of Pleasant 
Hill.
