  Eliza Phillips

  Funeral services were held for Eliza Phillips, 73, of Anacoco
Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Mitchell Baptist Church. The Rev. Robert
Graham officiated with burial in the Mitchell cemetery under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Phillips who died in DeRidder following an extended illness
is survived by three sons, Woodrow Phillips of Anacoco, Huey P.
Phillips of Rosepine and D. L. Phillips of Leander; three
daughters, Mrs. Gladys Dixon of Slagel, Ruby Ross of California
and Lillie Carr of Walnut Ridge; one brother, Clyde Armstrong of
Anacoco; two sisters, Lena Foshee and Tessa Curry both of
Pineville; 29 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
