Daisy Mae Phillips

  Services for Mrs. Daisy Mae Phillips, 87, of Anacoco, were held
at 2 p.m., Friday, Dec. 9, at the Hixson Chapel in Leesville.
Officiating at the service was Rev. Billy Wood, and burial was in
Mitchell Cemetery, Anacoco, under the direction of Hixson of
Leesville.

  Mrs. Phillips died Wednesday, Dec. 7, at 7:30 a.m., at Heritage
Nursing Home in Many.

  Survivors include three sons, Fred Phillips of Lake Charles,
Berry Phillips of Moss Bluff, and J. D. Phillips of Anacoco; two
daughters, Dorothy Jett of Hornbeck, and Letha Phillips of
Florien; 21 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; and 2
great-great grandchildren.
