(Addie) Phillips died March 29, 1993, in Oak Harbor, Wisc. Services were held in the Burley Chapel, Saturday, April 3, 1993, with interment in Oak Harbor. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert, in 1984; three children, Harry Castle Phillips, Mrs. Arthur (Mildred) Dees, Redic Phillips; two sisters, Mrs. Willie (Lucy) Davis, and Mrs. Ed (Mary) Shuffin; three brothers, Ellis, Tillman, and Louis Sibley. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. L. C. (Leona) Logan of Oak Harbor, Mrs. Lloyd (LaVina) Ward, San Diego, Calif.; and one son, Ralph T. Phillips of Mount Vernon, Tex. She was born Addie Alice Sibley on Dec. 19, 1896, near Many, Sabine Parish, La., and had lived in Louann, Ark., Nederland, Tex., Shreveport, La., Oak Harbor, Wisc., and Bethsadia Community near Many, La. She lived 96 years, 3 months, and 10 days, and will be missed by children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, many relatives, and a host of friends. She was a charter member, and deaconess emeritus of the First Baptist Church of Oak Harbor, Wisc.
