James C. Phelps

  Funeral services for James C. Phelps, 82, of Fisher were held
Wednesday, Nov. 13, 1996, at 3 p.m., at Fisher Baptist Church.
Officiating was Rev. Hoy Leach, and Rev. Travis McCollough.
Interment was at Fisher Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Phelps passed away Tuesday, Nov. 12, in Fisher.

  He is survived by his wife, Mary Phelps of Fisher; one daughter,
Mary Free and husband George, also of Fisher; one grandson,
Douglas Free and wife Rhonda; one great grandson, Jacob Free; one
great granddaughter, Tiffany Free, all of Fisher; one foster
granddaughter, Shantel Carmadelle; a host of nieces and nephews.
