The Rev. Billy Nosler officiated. Burial was in Bellwood Cemetery under the direction of Warren Funeral Home of Many. Mrs. Polke died in Natchitoches at 2:10 p.m., on Mar. 5, following an extended illness. She is survived by a son, Robert Polke of Provencal; two daughters, Mrs. Beatrice Clark of Robeline, and Mrs. Addie Mae Norsworthy of Bellwood; four brothers, George Holland of Texas, Freeborn, Ivy, and John Holland, all of Vowells Mill; three sisters, Mrs. Exie Foshee of Provencal, Mrs. Neicie Foshee, and Mrs. Bessie Foshee, both of Vowells Mill; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
