Henry Lester Pilcher

  Henry Lester Pilcher, 71, died in Many on Sunday, Aug. 14, at
2:30 p.m., following a brief illness.

  Pilcher is survived by his widow, Esther Pilcher of Many; five
sons, Charles Pilcher of Zwolle, Wayne Pilcher of Dallas, Tex.,
Jerry Pilcher of Longview, Tex., Jim Pilcher of Aberdeen,
Scotland, and Stan Pilcher of Longview, Tex.; two daughters,
Bonnie Mabry of Shreveport, and Connie Suazo of Denver, Colo.;
one brother, R. L. Pilcher of Many; four sisters, Mrs. Ethel
Gandy, and Mrs. W. O. Gandy, both of Many, Mrs. Thelma Love of
Mansfield, and Mrs. Monda Nelson of Fort Worth, Tex.; a
stepmother, Mrs. J. R. Pilcher of Fort Worth, Tex.; and 9
grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held at the Aimwell Baptist Church on
Wednesday, Aug. 17, at 2 p.m. Burial was in the Aimwell Cemetery,
under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
