Jessie Walker Palmer

  Services for Mr. Jessie Walker Palmer, 87, were held at 10 a.m.,
Thursday, February 18, 1993, in Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
Officiating was the Rev. John Thompson, and Rev. J. P. King.
Burial was held in Spring Ridge Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Palmer died Tuesday, February 16, 1993, in Schumpert Medical
Center in Shreveport.

  He is survived by three sons, Billy Ray Palmer of Many, La.,
Tommy Lee Palmer of Many, La., and Freddie Joe Palmer of Bossier
City, La.; two daughters, Betty Lucille Steczo of Bossier City,
La., Glenda Sue Moore of Many, La.; one brother, Roy Palmer of
Zwolle, La.; fifteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and
a host of nieces and nephews.
