Edgar L. Pynes

  Edgar Level Pynes, 68, of Shreveport, died at 11:05 a.m.,
Sunday, at Willis Knighton Hospital, after a long illness.

  He was a retired employee of Arkansas Louisiana Gas Co.,
and was born at Hornbeck. He was a Methodist, a member of
the Keithville Masonic Lodge, and the El Karubah Shrine.

  Survivors include his widow; a daughter, Kathleen Peroff
of New Orleans; a sister, Mrs. Ed Jones Jr. of Zwolle; a
brother, O. A. Pynes of El Paso, Tex., and two grandchildren.
