Floyd J. Pynes

  A resident of Many, Mr. Floyd J. Pynes, 70, died at 10:45 a.m.,
on Tuesday, Sept. 23, after a short illness.

  Surviving relatives include a wife, Mrs. Floyd Pynes of Many;
two sons, Wade Pynes of Baker, Gene Pynes of Little Rock, Ark.;
Two sister, Mrs. Ida Spence, and Mrs. Ruby Wyrick of Dallas,
Tex.; and four grandchildren.

  Officiating was the Rev. Perry Lassiter. Services were held at
Many First Baptist Church, with burial at Many Cemetery, on
Wednesday, Sept. 24, at 4 p.m.

  Pallbearers included A. L. Head, Earl Meharg, Norman Curtis, T.
M. Phillips, C. D. Worsham, and M. E. Wright.
