Mrs. Eula Neal Ponder

  Graveside services for Mrs. Eula Neal Ponder, 77, of
Natchitoches, will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, April 9, 1997,
at Springridge Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.

  The Rev. Don Davis will be officiating.

  Mrs. Ponder died Monday, April 7, at the Natchitoches Parish
Hospital.

  She is survived by two daughters, Donna Buras (husband Damien)
of Natchitoches, and Lajuana Finigan (husband David) of
Jefferson; one sister, Muriel Jaber of Many; one grandchild,
Joshua W. Buras; and several nieces and nephews.

  Mrs. Ponder is preceded in death by her husband, Ardvin D.
Ponder; and two brothers, Harold, and Hugh Neal.
