The Sabine Index - Pvt. Lawrence Parrie

  4 Feb 1949 - Reburial services for Pvt. Lawrence Parrie, 31,
who was killed Nov. 18, 1944, in the South Pacific, were held at
St. Joseph's Catholic church, Zwolle, 8:30 a.m. Thursday of last
week. Rev. Father Robert C. Friend officiated. Interment followed
under direction Massingill funeral home, with military services
at the grave in charge of members of the American Legion and
Veterans of Foreign Wars in charge.

  Surviving relatives include: parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Parrie;
brothers, Phillip, Leo and Tom; sisters, Julie and Margie Parrie,
all of Zwolle.
