Floyd Joseph Parrie

  Services for Floyd Joseph Parrie, 62, of Pineland, were held
Monday, Feb. 19, in St. Pius Catholic Church. Burial followed in
the Pineland Cemetery, under the direction of Starr Funeral Home.
Mr. Parrie died Saturday, Feb. 17, in Nacogdoches, Tex. Memorial
Hospital, after a sudden illness.

  Survivors include his widow, Margaret Parrie of Pineland, Texas;
one son, Larry Parrie of Pineland; two daughters, Linda Waller of
Hemphill, Tex., and Donna Welch of Pineland, four sisters,
Jeanette Meshell of Vidor, Tex. Buna Ferguson of Zwolle, Sally
Campbell of Longview, Tex., and Sadie Morris of Marshall, Tex.;
two brothers, Bill Parrie of Benicia, Calif., and Curtis J.
Parrie of Beaumont, Tex.; and four grandchildren.
