Interment followed in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Father Daniel Walsh officiated. Mrs. Parrie passed away Feb. 22, at the Sabine Medical Center in Many. Funeral services were under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home in Many. Survivors include her husband, Henry Parrie of Zwolle; four sons, Emmett Parrie of Zwolle, Henry James Parrie of Great Falls, Montana, Willie LeRoy Parrie of Zwolle, and Pete Leon Parrie of Houston, Tex.; nine daughters, Flora Marie Bass, Mary Bass, Lera Rogers, Doris Bass, Diane Leach, Joyce Mitchell, all of Zwolle, Elsie King, and Francis Carter, both of Many, and Evone Patnoe of Janesville, Wisconsin; two brothers, June Winslow of Rollingfork, Miss., and Pete Meshell of St. Louis, Missouri; four sisters, Viola Procell of Many, Cora Wilson of Rollingfork, Miss., Maggie Miles of Greenville, Miss., and Adelaine Grey of St. Louis, Missouri; 63 grandchildren; 70 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson; and a host of nieces and nephews.
