Rupert W. Parrie

  Funeral services were held for Rupert Wilbern Parrie, 50, who
died Wednesday, Jan. 5, in the Veteran's Hospital in Houston,
Tex., after an extended illness.

  Interment was in the Old Zwolle Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Louise Parrie of Zwolle; one son,
Jacky Parrie of Zwolle; four daughters, Mrs. Jerry La Grange of
Moreauville, Mrs. Curly Jean Boudreaux of St. Martinville, Wanda,
and Mary Sue Parrie of Zwolle; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willie
Parrie of Zwolle; one brother, C. E. Parrie of Klute, Texas;
three sisters, Myrtic Rivers, and Ruby Phillips, both of Zwolle,
Mrs. Joe Picard of St. Martinsville; and five grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Wilson Martinez, Evell Martinez, Homer
Martinez, J. W. Longuria, Bryant Sepulvado, and Virgil Sepulvado.
