All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** Jerry Perry Jerry Perry, 21, of Zwolle, was shot and killed with a .22 caliber revolver on Sabine Street in Zwolle, on Friday, Oct. 21, at 9 p.m., according to Zwolle Chief of Police Quinton Brandon. Perry was shot once in the neck. The shooting, which occurred in front of the Julie Pittman residence, stemmed from a quarrel between Perry and his assailant, Howard Lee Both, 19, of Many. Booth, who is well known as the young man who sold hot tamales across from Many City Hall, is being held without bond in the Sabine Parish Jail. He is charged with first degree murder.
